The app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Story Bhandar. The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. YouTube videos featured in the app remain the property of their respective owners.
Our app may allow you to submit story requests and interact with content. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
You agree not to: reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app; use the app to transmit any unsolicited communications; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its related systems; use any automated means to access or scrape the app; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the app.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The content in the app is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any third-party content, including YouTube videos linked in the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.
